1. LEFT-CLICK to display the document on your PC into your Internet Browser. This is for viewing / listening only.
2. RIGHT-CLICK to save it to your hard drive. A dialog box with the option 'Save Target As' will appear. Choose this option and then select the folder you wish to save it into. You can then open the document in WORD and print off as many copies as you need.
